Work Experience

We welcome applications for work experience placement within the practice from school and college students.

As competition for places is fierce, we operate a selection procedure for applicants and aim to place those who demonstrate a genuine interest in veterinary work and a strong affinity with animals. We urge you to apply early to avoid disappointment.

The work experience programme covers all aspects of our service, involving both small and large animal care, and may include an observation session in theatre. Staff strive to give placement students a rewarding experience from their time with Vale which we hope will assist you in determining your career path ahead.
