Terms of Payment

For all Small Animal services and purchases from Vale Veterinary Group, payment is required at the time of treatment. An up-to-date price list is available during opening hours from reception. Please call us for details or ask for a quotation from the consulting vet.

Pet Insurance

Pet insurance helps to ensure your pets can receive the treatment they deserve. It can give peace of mind that should an unexpected need arise, help is in place to handle what could otherwise amount to unmanageable costs.

Vale Veterinary Group works closely with Petplan, the leading pet insurance provider in the UK. Office staff can register your pet at any time and, once in place, your protection covers your pet for a range of incidents and special medical needs, provided clinical signs were not evident before taking out the policy.

We recommend Petplan for their Covered for Life policy.

PDSA

Our practice is registered with the PDSA for assistance to animal owners in receipt of certain benefits, living within the EX15 and EX16 post code areas.

Subject to status, qualifying owners may register one pet only, entitling you to free basic veterinary treatment for your nominated pet.

We are pleased to announce that spaces are available under the scheme for new qualifying owners of a puppy or kitten.
