We know that the health and comfort of your companion pet is important.
Our friendly personalised services exist to ensure you receive the right treatment, help or advice, whether you face a crisis, or wish to maintain routine safeguards against the risks of poor health or infection.
Appointments can be made for a routine consultation at your nearest centre from Monday to Saturday. For vet opening hours, click here.
In addition to regular surgery hours, we offer a vaccination clinic for added convenience on Tuesday evenings at Cullompton from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Equipped with six theatres across our four centres, full surgical and medical facilities are available to respond to a range of small animal needs:
Sensitive to the timid nature of some cats, we run special cat-only clinics at varying times. Please contact us for weekly details.
With investment in dedicated facilities, we are working towards membership of the FAB as part of our ongoing commitment to cat care.
Our teams of nurses are available for routine appointments to provide a range of additional services:
Some pets are prone to wandering. To identify lost and injured pets and reunite them with their owners, we provide a quick and simple micro-chipping service which can be administered by a nurse. Secure data is logged for national access by vets, rescue centres and the Police.
Animals leaving the country or returning to Britain are closely monitored for rabies under official rule. We provide the necessary checks to issue your pet with an exit passport and can advise you about safe and healthy measures for transit. Allow at least 4 - 6 months to make arrangements for completing the testing procedure.
Puppies must learn to socialise from a young age. A series of three consecutive Monday evening sessions is available to introduce your puppy to developmental and preventative health care and to master the art of good manners in company.
As part of our commitment to care, the following services are free of charge to registered clients:
For further details telephone for assistance.
We endeavour to assist those of our clients with disabilities and the elderly with a helpful pick-up and return service or a house visit upon request.
In order for us to issue repeat prescriptions and dispense medication, your pet must be under our care and have been seen by a vet within the last three months. If you require repeat medication, please contact the surgery by phone. Medications dispensed to registered clients from our practice do not incur an additional prescription charge.
If you are visiting the area with your pet, we can contact your usual vet to retrieve a medical history and dispense medications as required.
